Once you have engaged us to sell your business, we will prepare an informal valuation which will include a recommended asking price range. We will never over value your business just to be appointed as your broker. This is our promise!
We also prepare formal independent valuations should you require one for any reason other than selling, for example Management Buy Out purposes, Shareholders disagreements or to raise finance, just to name a few.
Once we agree on the asking price for the business, we will prepare a sales memorandum for your approval. The sales memorandum is used to attract potential buyers through various advertising streams.
Once we find a suitable buyer, we would be happy to offer our expertise to negotiate the sale on your behalf.
We offer a consulting service for those Company/Business owners that feel they are not entirely happy with certain parts of the business and they wish to have an outside opinion of where the business could improve. For example, looking into current processes, measuring and re-engineering the process to improve the bottom line or identifying bottle-necks. There is a separate charge for this service offering and the charge depends on the extent of improvement required.
